Work Management System

Employee Management System
The EIS provides detailed information about each employee. The information like date of appointment, educational qualification, designation, posts held, training record leave record, pay fixations, increments, stipulated date of retirement etc. is stored in the EIS. Some of the features of EIS are:
- Centralized Repository for all the information.
- Every employee is identified by a unique employee number which is his/her PF account number.
- Each employee and his immediate superior officer are responsible to ensure the correctness of his data entered to the EIS. Once the data is certified for correctness, it is permanently frizzed.
- The Superintending Engineer’s Office, the Chief Engineer’s office and other Governmental staff can access this data from time to time.
- Easily accessible on demand.
Advantages of Employee Information System are:
- This is the most useful application to deal with the employee-related information like promotions, pensions and many other claims.
- Non availability of relevant information can frustrated any employee during and after services. This agony will be permanently put to rest, once the entire data is comprised.
